Repair Services

When you bring a device to us for repair, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the device or have the owner's permission to authorise the repair.

We will provide a quote before carrying out any chargeable repair work. By accepting a quote — verbally, in writing, or by leaving your device with us — you authorise us to proceed with the repair.

We take reasonable care when handling your device; however, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing faults, data loss, or damage that arises from a fault unrelated to the repair being carried out. We strongly recommend backing up your data before leaving your device with us.

Uncollected devices: devices not collected within 90 days of notification that the repair is complete may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, after reasonable attempts to contact you.

Buying & Selling Devices

When selling a device to DexStore, you confirm that the device is your property, is not subject to any finance agreement, and is not reported lost or stolen. We reserve the right to refuse purchase of any device at our discretion.

When purchasing a refurbished device from DexStore, you will be provided with a clear description of the device's condition grade. All refurbished devices sold by us come with a 90-day warranty against hardware faults unless otherwise stated.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, software issues, or faults caused by misuse after purchase.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment is due in full upon collection of a repaired device or at the point of sale for purchased devices. We accept cash and card payments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DexStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you in connection with any repair or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service or product.
