Welcome to DexStore, By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusions: The return policy excludes mobile phones and tablets unless faulty and the fault is proven then we may only exchange or offer a credit note for the amount unless repairs are carried out to fix the issue. Mobile Phones and Tablets are a final sale and cannot be returned for cash refunds but a credit note maybe issued if we cannot repair or replace the item .
3. Condition of Items: New Items must be returned in their original packaging - All returned items must be unused and undamaged in any way.
4. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please bring the item into our store, or contact us via phone or email at dextrading@outlook.com.
5. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for eligible items, excluding mobile phones and tablets. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
6. Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
